Python Lead Developer

About the Role I-Fusion Inc is seeking an experienced Python Lead Developer for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity in Pune. This role involves leading architecture, solution design, and development of complex Python applications in the asset management domain. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture, solution design, development, and end-to-end delivery of complex Python applications • Provide technical leadership and make independent technical decisions • Build scalable, production-ready, cloud-native solutions • Design and implement solutions using AWS Services including Lambda, S3, Glue, EventBridge, IAM Roles & Policies, and CloudFront • Work with SQL databases, data modeling, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning • Interpret requirements and define scalable technical solutions Requirements • 6–10 years of total experience with 6+ years of relevant experience in Python development • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and enterprise-grade application development • Experience in Python-based data integration • Strong knowledge of SQL databases and performance tuning • Experience with AWS Services: Lambda, S3, Glue, EventBridge, IAM Roles & Policies, CloudFront • Ability to independently interpret requirements and define scalable technical solutions
