About the Role
We are looking for Python Game Developers with Panda3D experience to join micro1 and help train AI to build, debug, and design 3D games. Your engineering background will teach AI to code and reason like a professional game developer.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and solve Panda3D game development problems for AI training datasets
• Write production-quality code samples for gameplay, AI, UI, physics, and 3D systems
• Review and grade AI-generated game code for correctness, performance, and best practices
• Build datasets covering game loops, state machines, collision, animations, networking, and optimization
• Annotate solutions with explanations, design trade-offs, and debugging strategies
• Identify bugs in AI outputs: logic errors, memory issues, and performance problems
• Collaborate with ML teams to define benchmarks for game development reasoning
• Meet quality and throughput targets
Requirements
• Python - game scripting, OOP, and tooling
• Panda3D - scene graph, actors, tasks, physics, input, shaders, and asset pipeline
• Github - version control, PR reviews, and collaborative workflows
• +1 in C++, 3D math, or game engine architecture
