Python Backend Developer

About the Role We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join our team and work on modern cloud-native applications. This role involves building, deploying, and managing production-grade backend services. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Python backend services • Build, test, deploy, and support applications in production • Develop secure REST APIs and microservices • Automate CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments • Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability best practices • Collaborate through Git workflows, code reviews, and modern DevOps practices Requirements • Strong Python development experience (4–5 years) • Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs & Microservices • Strong SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL or similar) • Experience with Git, Code Reviews & Pull Requests • CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation • Kubernetes, Docker, Helm & containerized application deployments • Secure coding practices, API security & vulnerability management • Production support, monitoring, logging, metrics & troubleshooting • Strong understanding of automated testing (Unit/Integration/Contract Testing) • Ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery experience
