Python Developer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Django to build scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native backend solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python & Django • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs • Build scalable backend services and microservices architecture • Design and optimize database schemas and queries • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues • Implement authentication, authorization, and application security • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices • Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities • Contribute to Agile development, sprint planning, and technical discussions • Write unit tests and ensure high-quality, maintainable code • Work on seamless API integration with internal and external systems Requirements • 4–12 years of experience with Python and Django • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development • Experience with microservices architecture • Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis • Familiarity with Celery for task queuing • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency with Git, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with OAuth2 and JWT authentication • Strong unit testing skills • Experience with Agile development methodologies
