About the Role We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to lead development on an enterprise SaaS platform that reshapes how professional services firms handle business processes, resource management, and financial planning for a company delivering award-winning technology to the legal industry across the UK, Australia, Sri Lanka, and Dubai. Key Responsibilities • Lead development on an enterprise SaaS platform • Work with Python 3.11+, Django 5.x, Django REST Framework • Utilize PostgreSQL + pgvector, Redis, Gunicorn • Work with AWS: App Runner, ECS/Fargate, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch • Use Pulumi (Python IaC) Requirements • Experience writing Django applications that scale • Technical leadership and architectural decision-making • Work with AI-augmented development tooling • Build features used by thousands of professionals globally • Join a team recognized at the British Legal Technology Awards • Direct, measurable business impact
