About the Role We are looking for exceptional AI and research professionals to join a high-priority Google DeepMind RE-Bench Project. This role involves working on cutting-edge research in AI and machine learning. Key Responsibilities • Conduct research in AI, machine learning, and related fields • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms • Perform data analysis and experimentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects Requirements • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computational Sciences, or related STEM fields • Experience as a Research Engineer, Applied Scientist, ML Engineer, Research Scientist, AI Researcher, or similar • Strong Python programming skills • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), experimentation, and data analysis • Experience using Git, Jupyter/Colab, and modern development tools • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Highly Preferred • AI Evaluation & Benchmarking • AI Red Teaming • LLM Testing & Validation • Experimental Research • Research Publications
